INCREDIBLE RISING CARD

One of the picture cards is randomly selected by a spectator and, using the rabbit’s miniature magic wand, you can magically locate the card!

Secret: Each of the picture cards has two holes. One hole is slightly smaller than the other. To begin, square up the cards all the same way so that all the large holes are at the top. Now, if any one card is turned end for end, its small hole will line up with the larger holes. If the tapered end of the rabbit’s magic wand is inserted through the large holes (and the small hole of the reversed card), the reversed card will automatically rise when the wand is slowly twisted!

Presentation: Display the cards and have a spectator choose one (making sure you do not see the face of the card). When the card is replaced with the others, make sure that it is reversed in the pack. To do this, turn the pack of cards end-for-end while the spectator looks at the selected card.

Give the six cards a shuffle and then tell your audience that you are going to discover the selected card in a very magical way. Hold the cards with the faces towards the audience and insert the wand into the large hole. Begin to twist the wand and the selected card will mysteriously rise from the pack.  An unbelievable trick!
